Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

1. Please bank-in the total amount once you have placed the order. Order will not be placed if full payment did not receive.

2. If items is no longer available, we will contact you and refund you the total amount.
一旦遇到却货，我们会退款给你们。
3. Customer will need to bear the risk for all pre-order items. We will not hold responsible for complaint such as different color, not as nice as imagine, too small, too big, quality not as good as imagine, small stain, don’t like the color and etc.
对于货品的色差，没有想象中的漂亮，太大，太小，品质没有想象中的好，不喜欢货品的颜色之类的投诉，我们一概不负责

4. 4 to 5 weeks from the nearest order closing date and subject to the courier arrangement.

A gentle reminder for Pre-Order purchase:

a. It would be better to avoid ordering white color cloths as the risk of dirty might be higher.

b. Out of stock might happened on pre-order item. Don’t worry, we will inform you and refund the full amount.

After Sales Service

Below are accept for replacement:

Torn、Large surface area stain(at least1cmx1cm)，Zip unfunctional

所有因拉链问题，内外表层损坏.只接受同款換货。如果沒有同款，才可以接受換其它款式或退款。

Below are not the reason to exchange or replace：
（1）thread、folded、color differ

(2)real item and picture are slightly different in color, finest, eg: Button, label material

(3) Human Being Torn will be not entertain.

Exchange only apply to same pattern and same color, if there is no same pattern available, then buyer may request for other pattern exchange or money refund.

Exchanging Steps: 換货

After received, if replacement needed, must contact us within 24hours (Email us the product's photo). After 24 hours,there will be refuse to entertain.

Buyer who do not inform us and direct send back rejected product will not be entertain.

If there is replacement needed, please Email or call us within 24 hours and provide the photo of the faulty to get exchange. Postage are beare by buyer. This is due to our low rate of profit which we provide low prices to our customer.
